The first floor is divided into a large entrance hall, a bedroom, and a living room with a kitchen.
The entrance hall: A space to store skis, including a heater for ski boots.
The living room: A shared area with sofas, a table, a terrace, a fireplace, and a TV. Wi-Fi box with fiber optic connection.

The chalet offers up to 13/14 beds spread across 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Ideal for 6 adults with great comfort; 14 people is doable.

Bed linen rental available: sheets + duvet cover + bath towel + pillowcase for €15 per person.
You can choose to clean the chalet yourself at the end of your stay or opt for the paid cleaning service (€120). Please let us know in advance.
In any case, we kindly ask you to leave the chalet in a satisfactory condition: dishes should be done, bins emptied, and the space tidied up. -
A parking space reserved for the chalet is located just 30 meters behind the building. A covered parking lot is also available at the entrance of the chalet complex. We recommend using this one as a priority, especially during high season (Christmas, New Year’s, and February holidays).
Direct TGV trains run from Paris to the SNCF station in Bourg Saint Maurice. From there, a funicular connects Bourg Saint Maurice to Arc 1600 in just 7 minutes. From the funicular arrival station, the chalet is accessible on foot via a path (not recommended with luggage). It is better to use the free shuttle heading toward Arcs 2000 (get off at the UCPA stop).
The nearest airports are Geneva and Lyon. From there, take a train or a bus to reach the resort.

The chalet is ideally located above the Arc 1600 resort, at an altitude of 1700m. The resort can be reached on foot, by free shuttle, or by car. Arc 1600 offers all essential services: shops, restaurants, ski school, lift pass office, etc.
About a 5-minute walk uphill from the chalet, the Le Ridge hotel features a gourmet grocery store — perfect for picking up fresh bread or quality products. This hotel complex also houses a sports shop with ski rental services.
Just above the chalet, right on the slope, you’ll find the restaurant Le Sanglier qui Fume. It’s a warm and well-known spot, praised for its quality cuisine — ideal for a slopeside lunch or a cozy dinner nearby.
A free shuttle service is available about a 5-minute walk from the chalet, providing easy access to other areas of the Les Arcs resort. Shuttles run approximately every 20 minutes.

From the chalet, you can step into your skis right at the door. Access to the ski lifts and the slopes of the Les Arcs ski area — connected to La Plagne — is just a short glide away, with over 425 km of slopes to explore. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the chalet for safety reasons and to preserve the space.
Of course, you may smoke outside – please be mindful not to leave any cigarette butts behind.🐶 Pets
We accept one well-behaved dog per stay.
Please do not leave your dog alone in the chalet and ensure they stay off the beds and sofas.🔥 Fireplace Use
If you choose to use the fireplace, please exercise great caution.
Ashes must remain in the metal container provided for at least 48 hours before being disposed of in the outdoor bins – this is essential to prevent any fire risk.♻️ Waste Sorting
Recycling is mandatory in the resort.
You’ll find specific containers near the chalet for glass, recyclables, and household waste.
Please follow the local sorting instructions carefully.🌿 Energy & Environment
Please use heating and electrical appliances thoughtfully, to help reduce environmental impact.
Don’t forget to switch off lights when leaving a room. -
The rental price of the chalet depends on the season and the number of guests. It can range from around €1,000 per week during the low season to approximately €4,000 during the peak winter holiday period.
